Your Instructor
As a registered nutritional therapist with a Bachelor of Science in nutritional medicine, I specialise in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I have received training from the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and I'm also a health and wellness strategist, helping organisations support the health and wellbeing of their employees.
My goal is to empower as many of the UK population as possible to regain control of their health, so that they can live the life they have envisaged for themselves, with minimal disruption to their wellbeing. I am committed to promoting a world where people are knowledgeable in taking responsibility for their health, so that they can use our healthcare resources more wisely.
I also develop tools and implement strategies to help doctors and patients navigate the NHS system effectively and efficiently, saving the NHS time and money while helping the patient swiftly find root cause resolutions.
I facilitate health optimisation, teaching my clients how to follow my 7-step 'RESPECT' model of health and wellbeing. This evidence-based programme has transformed my clients' health, in some cases, within a few weeks.
I also support government food, health, and wellness strategies by developing innovative initiatives, including my latest global initiative, ‘Food for Thought: The Ultimate Children's Pathway to Healthy Eating for Life.’
I have been featured in The Times, The Metro, Healthline, The Huffington Post, Bella, and ‘The Truly Epic Book of Vegpower’: a collection of recipes and stories including other contributing celebrated chefs such as Jamie Oliver, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, and Michelin starred chefs, aimed at encouraging children to eat healthy.
I live with my husband and dog and have a son who is currently living in Singapore. Avid cooks and travellers, we’re always searching for our next culinary adventure, and drawing inspiration from previous trips to countries such as Italy, Switzerland, and Lebanon.
